Their shop is full of convenient products for your holidays: drinks, books, maps, hats, ice, fishing gear and bait, plus on-water fuelling and boat chandlery for visiting boatie!

Fishing

Looking to reel in a catch in Metung? Head to the town jetties for a shot at flathead. For a more refined angling experience, Bancroft Bay, Chinamans Creek, and Box’s Creek are perfect spots for bream and luderick, hiding among the many holes.

If you prefer trolling, cruise along Nungurner’s Lake edge using pippies and mussels. It's a popular method to snag whiting and flathead. With significant tidal movement and deep channels in this section, you're in for a good chance of landing dinner.

No boat, no worries! Get a local pro's guidance and opt for a guided fishing tour from nearby  Lakes Entrance to up your chances of reeling in that dinner catch.
